Leadership Team

The Springfield Appointed Leadership Team (SALT) is appointed by the congregation and is responsible for the spiritual care and well-being of the church family. Those who serve on the team provide spiritual direction for the congreation based on Bible scripture, asking God for wisdom through prayer, and by paying attention to guidance of the Spirit.

The Leadership Team meets twice a week to consider short- and long-term goals, address church family needs, discuss upcoming plans for worship services, and determine how best to encourage and support various ministries.
